Saver™ 3X90 Shock & Vibration Environment Recorder
Description
SAVER™ 3X90 Shock and Vibration Data Recorder
The Lansmont SAVER™ 3x90 is a field data logger, capable of recording shock, vibration, temperature, and humidity. The unit may mount to a vehicle, package, shipping container, or structure for data collection. Such data is useful in assessing handling, installation, and transport conditions, which may inform product design and use.
An internal triaxial accelerometer allows the SAVER 3x90 to measure motion in three axes and offers 16-bit resolution. Additionally, the unit is powered using 9V batteries and is capable of operation for up to 90 days.

Event Capture
The SAVER 3X90 samples continuously, saving data to flash memory when it exceeds a user-programmed threshold. Further, users can set timed recording intervals to capture data before a triggered event. Each recorded event includes a timestamp for proper tracking history.
Visual Inspection
A set of three LEDs provide visual status indication; with red signifying the user-defined thresholds have been exceeded.
Operating Modes
The Lansmont 3x90 provides several operating modes, including push-button, delay-started, and instantaneous activation.
Connectivity
The 3x90 utilizes USB connection for data communication.
Available Options
Mounting kits, including magnetic mounting hardware, are available for different installation surfaces. External power options can extend operating time, and data analysis services are available for teams that need help interpreting their measurements. GPS input capabilities
SaverXware Software
The included SaverXware™ software lets you configure the recorder, review events, and analyze impacts, drop heights, vehicle motion, vibration, and temperature and humidity cycles. Use the results to compare routes or handling practices, investigate potential causes of damage, and inform protective packaging or product design decisions.
Analysis
Event Classification:
Automatically categorize each event (shock, vibration, drop or general) – utilize this category to streamline the summary population to a pertinent subset of events.
Event Processing:
Process all data from every point of view (shock, vibration and drop). Always available, analyze or report from any (or all) view at any time.
Simultaneous Trip Analysis:
Create an event database that includes multiple instruments and trips – peer into multiple trips concurrently.
Enhanced Summary Selection:
Build event selection criteria to quickly search the database and find desired information.
Customized Printing and Reporting:
Flexible - everything from automated summary overview reports to detailed event-by-event printing.
GPS Mapping:
GPS coordinates can be associated with each event to make the system spatially aware. Maps provided can display and track and event intensity worldwide. (Requires GPS option, unit sold separately.)
SaverXware is built on the Microsoft® .NET platform, ready for tomorrow’s computing environments today.
