AGM is looking for an experienced graphic designer and front-end web developer to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate is a strong graphic designer and front-end web developer comfortable with the WordPress platform. This position will work closely with the Marketing Manager and Web Content Strategist to create marketing and sales support materials for all of our brands.

The ESOP is a retirement benefit that is 100% funded through AGM. Employees earn shares in the company and have the chance to see their value grow over time. When employees leave or retire, then the company pays the employee for the value of their shares.
Retire like a boss with our defined benefit pension plan
AGM offers all employees two retirement programs that are 100% funded by AGM. This differs from a 401k where the employee is expected to give a portion of their salary. Instead AGM will put aside up to 25% of your annual salary into a Defined Benefit Pension plan. When you retire, the pension plan will pay you a “defined” dollar amount for the rest of your life.
