This is an anodized aluminum Observation Window. The TA456 Observation Window has a 0.55 in. (14 mm) diameter non-breakable plastic viewing window that allows the contents of the container to be readily observed, eliminating the cost of opening packages for inspection. Also accepts TA378-HC-MHI Maximum Humidity Indicator Element or any of the standard MIL-I-26860 Color-Change Discs.

May be installed in flexible barriers through a 1.05 in. (26 mm) diameter hole. Nut and two gaskets are furnished. May also be installed in rigid containers through a 1.05 in. (26 mm) diameter hole by removing one gasket and reversing the nut. NSN # 8145-01-166-9684.
AGM’s TA456 Observation Window is appropriate for use on NEMA 1, 2, 3, 3R, 3S, 4, 5, 6, 12, 12K, and 13 enclosures, as well as IP66/IP67 enclosures. This item may also be appropriate for use on other NEMA or IP enclosures, depending upon the application. Contact AGM’s Engineering department for more information.
