TA284 Humidity Indicator Plug

Note: The TA284 is furnished with either 40% disc, or 60-70-80-90% disc as standard. Other discs can be supplied on special request.

The TA284 Humidity Indicator Plug was created for high pressure applications of up to 500 psi.  The glass window is fused directly to the steel body and the 3/4-14 pipe thread is tapered for leak tight installations without o-rings or gaskets.  The plug is easily installed in a threaded boss with a 1-1/8" socket wrench.  The indicator card in this plug is protected from contamination by a porous filter and a polyethylene spacer.  The Humidity Indicator card, filter and spacer are held in place by a retaining ring.

Lock nuts and gaskets are not supplied with this plug. It is designed for a threaded boss only.

Thr TA284 is appropriate for use on NEMA 1, 2, 3, 3R, 3S, 4, 5, 6, 12, 12K, and 13 enclosures, as well as IP66/IP67 enclosures. This item may also be appropriate for use on other NEMA or IP enclosures, depending upon the application. Contact AGM's Engineering department for more information.
