Description

AGM's SORB-IT^® string-sewn bag consists of silica gel desiccant. The 16 unit SORB-IT string sewn bags meet Type I and II of MIL-D-3464E and each bag has four tie-strings, enabling the bags to be hung.

Packaged silica gel desiccant is a highly porous amorphous silicon dioxide. It binds water molecules in its random intersecting channels which have various diameters. The material remains dry and free flowing, even after fully saturated with water vapor.
