Since 1988, AGM continues to operate as an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) company, which is the heart of AGM Management's efforts to foster a positive employee culture at AGM. Once an AGM employee meets all of AGM's ESOP eligibility requirements, then he/she becomes an owner of AGM stock, enabling the employee to build a significant ownership stake in AGM over the ensuing years. Every year AGM holds an ESOP Induction ceremony for these newly eligible employees. AGM develops employees who don't just think like employees, but who think like owners.

For over 20 years, AGM is proud to promote that we have not had any layoffs, and this streak is ongoing. AGM Management works extremely hard to keep this streak intact.
