Blake Koomar

Blake Koomar joined AGM in 2010 as a mechanical design engineer. Shortly thereafter, Blake transitioned into sales leadership, where he spent ten years as Sales Manager. Over the past few years leading up to his current role, Blake has held several key leadership roles within AGM’s operations, including serving as AGM’s QA and QMS Manager, as well as AGM’s Operations Manager.

As Director of Operations, Blake oversees the production of AGM’s full range of product lines, manages all internal manufacturing departments, and leads the company’s supply chain management team. He remains actively involved in supporting legacy customer programs and continues to play a key role in contract negotiation efforts.

Throughout his tenure at AGM, Blake has been instrumental in developing long-standing relationships and partnerships with a number of AGM’s key defense customers. He has successfully negotiated and secured several multi-million-dollar contracts, contributing significantly to AGM’s continued growth.

Blake holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona, as well as an MBA with a focus on Operations and Supply Chain Logistics.

Outside of work, Blake enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and pickleball, and he values spending time with his family.
