This desiccator is intended to mount in a threaded boss (3/4-14 straight pipe thread). If your container wall is too thin to support a threaded boss, this desiccator may be mounted in a mounting flange, 658800.

Specify the type of desiccant, cartridge length (shown as nominal length "A" in the drawing below), and humidity indicator card in the part number. For example, TA352-MS4-123P is a TA352 desiccator with a 4"-long cartridge filled with molecular sieve and fitted with a 10%-20%-30% pie sector humidity indicator card; TA352-SG-2.5-40 is a TA352 desiccator with a 2.5”-long cartridge filled with silica gel and fitted with a 40% humidity indicator card.

NOTE: Replacement cartridges can be ordered by designating “RC”, desiccant type, and cartridge length or may be refilled. For instance, the replacement cartridges for the desiccators listed in the previous paragraph are TA352-RC-MS4 and TA352-RC-SG-2.5.

The TA352 is appropriate for use on NEMA 1, 2, 3, 3R, 3S, 4, 5, 6, 12, 12K, and 13 enclosures, as well as I66/IP67 enclosures. This item may also be appropriate for use on other NEMA or IP enclosures, depending upon the application. Customized versions available upon request.
