Prices and Quantities
All quoted prices are based on single shipments to a single location. AGM also recommends blanket purchase orders with scheduled releases on large quantities to take advantage of quantity discounts (releases are typically completed within one year from date of order).

Shipping Terms
All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, FOB origin. Unless shipping arrangements are specified by the customer, AGM will ship via the most economical means (usually UPS for smaller shipments and Conway truck for larger shipments), on a prepay & charge basis. Customers may also elect to use their own freight carrier (as applicable) for collect shipments. AGM cannot ship C.O.D.

Desiccant Specialists are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm MST.
Credit Terms and Payment
AGM uses credit information provided by Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) to establish credit terms. We generally offer terms of Net 30 days for satisfactory-rated businesses. AGM will also determine the credit line for any open account.
If credit terms cannot be established, then two other payment options are available: credit card and check. We accept Visa and MasterCard (sorry, no American Express). If choosing to pay by check, please call beforehand for the shipping charges (unless shipping collect) and include this amount with your payment.
International Accounts
We accept wire transfer payments for international accounts. Please contact us for a payment form.
Sales Tax
AZ and CA customers only: Please add applicable sales tax. If purchase is for resale (tax-exempt), a copy of your resale certificate must be on file with AGM.
Return Policy
Returns may only be authorized by AGM and are subject to a restocking fee. Note: Returns are not allowed on custom items or repackaged desiccant products.
All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
