This was the first year that AGM employees were recognized
by United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona for "outstanding service to the
people of Our Community". AGM employees achieved this recognition
by meeting three of the following four criteria: 1) 70% or more employee participation;
2) $160 or more Average Employee Gift; 3) $100 or more Per Capita Employee
Gift; and 4) Increase in total Number of Leadership Givers OR Giving by 15%. Interestingly,
only 4% of participating Southern Arizona companies are recognized with a Gold
Award in any given year.
