Welding Capabilities

AGM offers welding and cutting services for most mild steel applications. Our welders are certified in accordance with AWS D1.1-01, AWS D1.1-02 and D1.1-06.

Equipment list:

(2) Miller 300 Series AC/DC (MIG) welding machines with automated wire feed. Welds 1/16" to 1" thick steel.

Miller 251 Series (MIG) welding machine with automated wire feed. Welds 1/32" to 1/2" thick steel.

Miller 250 series AC/DC Syncrowave (TIG) welding machine. Welds 1/32" to 3/8" thick steel.

Miller Spectrum 375 DC plasma cutting system. Cuts up to 1/2" thick steel.

Miller MSW-41 spot welding machine. Welds up to 1/8" thick steel.

Scotchman CPO 275 cold cutting saw with 10" blade and air vise.

Various drill presses, pedestal grinders, belt sanders, hand grinders and bench equipment.

Full Inspection Department includes automated and manual coordinate measuring machine.
